Cheerleading

So I have this friend (m16) who is a cheerleader and wants to try a one man w me I’ve done cheer before but that was a few years back and I haven’t done it since I broke my growth plate. Has anyone done a oneman if so how long did it take you to get it? Is it scary?

Not too scary but make sure to have spotters cause it’s tricky

And takes idk maybe like a day or two if you guys sorta know what your doing and don’t push yourself to much

It’s not that hard. You just have to know your own strength and really use your legs!
