3.5 Week Progress Photos Update
Hi everyone 🙋🏼♀️ So i’m the woman who posted the progress photos and i cant believe how much negativity i have gotten on the post. People are accusing me of Clickbait, editing my photos, and looking to sell something? Which is crazy! I simply sought professional help to help me achieve my goals. If i’m paying $300 a month i sure hope i see those changes in a month. Anyway, a lot of woman are also asking me what i do and how it happened. It’s hard for me to give workouts, because my trainer is the one who creates them, and they are different each time. But i can give you my meal preps/ eating schedule. Eating is by far 85% of my transformation. 3.5 weeks is all the time you need to see all the inflammation disappear in your body. And this happens from eating!
Complex Carbs - brown rice, quinoa, red potatoes, sweet potatoes
Protein- Lean turkey, chicken, grass fed beef, salmon
I also TRY to drink a gallon of water a day.
