Yes. When I wasn’t having sex with the right person.  
Never with my husband.

No. Sex is a beautiful part of our marriage and a fun way to express our mutual commitment and love. It’s a special thing we don’t share with anyone else, full of passion but also deep love and respect. 
If the person you’re with doesn’t make sex about love, I’d say you should honestly leave. Sexual selfishness is no fun in a relationship. Don’t let someone use you. 
If these thoughts have to do solely with your own emotions and not the way you’re being treated, I’d recommend talking to a therapist about the way you feel. You might be carrying guilt or shame that needs to be dealt with so you can live your best life. ❤️

Sounds like you feel like you’re being used. In any event you either shouldn’t be having sex until you’re ready or shouldn’t be having sex with that specific person.
