We use NFP specifically fertility awareness method 👍🏻 it’s worked great for us!

I accidentally hit none, but my husband got a vasectomy in September.
I got pregnant on the pill 14 years ago and most recently got pregnant on the Paragard, soooo it was my husbands turn! 😊

I always used the pull out method before pregnancy and I plan on using it afterwards as well.
