Try the one a day prenatal gummies!! They don’t have iron but that’s all I’ve been taking , I’m 32 weeks and my baby and I are healthy
Prenatal pills make sick
hello so currently I’m 13 weeks pregnant these past weeks I can’t seem to take my prenatal pill! It makes me so nauseated to the point I throw up! My grandma suggested I take them before I go to bed but I wake up so nauseated and w a head ache I can’t even get out of bed. The dr gave me some nauseation meds but I tried it I didn’t like the effect it gave me. I haven’t been taking my prenatal like I should be :( will that harm the baby ? I take 1 at night time I wake up nauseated and don’t take another till the next night. :/

Always take it with a meal. Try to take them with orange juice. I was told that the iron is what makes you nauseous and orange juice helps you absorb it faster. What I personally do is I have the prenatals that are capsules with the powder and I cut one open and put them in my smoothies every day. That way I’m taking it more slowly and it wont make me nauseous.I feel you about the gummies though! I took the ttc, and as soon as I got pregnant they made me so nauseous!!
You need to take them. Have you tried the gummies? Those didn’t make me nauseous. It’s very important you take them though it helps with development and helps keep you healthy

Ok ugh they just make me so sick ! Yeah when I was ttc I was taking the gummies but I switched to the prescription pills because the gummies raspberry nd lemon tasted to nasty made me puke like the second they got down my throat.
