Does anyone have experience with pain & yoga during tww?
Hey Ladies & good morning ☀️
I do yoga once a week and I really enjoy it. Last night was my Monday night class & when doing poses like cobra or getting into certain positions I experienced sharp pulling/stabbing sensations on the sides of my uterus, kinda like my fallopian or ovary area. I am currently 7 or 8 dpo. Is this normal to feel? Is it a good sign? I’ve had an HSG done and they didn’t see any abnormalities but I worry that maybe it could be endo. 🤞🏻 it’s a good sign and not a sign of something bad.
Anybody dealt with this?
