Ok this may sound a lil gross but we are all in the same situation here... so here goes! 🤷🏼‍♀️ How do you determine which is your cervical mucus or your mans sperm? This is my week to be having sex every other day I’m fertile this week. But when I check my CM I’m wondering if this is sperm or CM?? Haha crazy question but I had to ask......

It is thinner and dries on your fingers faster. Eggwhite-quality cervical fluid is more often clear or yellowish and shimmering while semen is whitish and cloudy. semen is also more likely to break when pulled, while fertile cervical  fluid will stretch up to several inches between your fingers before breaking

Hahahahaha no worries girl I was literally asking the same thing last night!!! I was like how TF am I suppose to tell with all this stuff falling out of me!? 
Lol what I was told is that our CM is still sticky/egg white/creamy whatever it’s going to be on that day and semen that leaks out is watery. 
When we have sex right after he pulls out I usually get a big ... erh ... deposit ... that slumps out... apparently, that’s ok it happens to everyone all of the swimmers got to where they need to be it only takes seconds for them and that big fallout is only extra that’s not needed or just semen mixed with our juices from sex.
