Could I be pregnant

I'm 10 days late as of today , I tested when I was 4 days late came back negative now I'm kind of scared to test again dont want to get a BFN again . What should I do ladies me and fiance want another one bad . And sorry post anonymous but need answers 😥😓😭😭

Test again!! You never know. Some women don’t get a BFP until they’re a week or more late. Good luck. 🤞🏼✨
