Does pre-seed work? Or does it really help with conseption

So me and my fiance have been casualy trying (not using protection) for a year i have had 2 misscairages before this relationship and i just had an ectopic pregnancy in december I was given the clean bill of health to try again at my post op app 6weeks after that ... So now we r trying like really trying tracking ovulation and everything we can't really afford ivf and we r just looking for a little push in The right derection and i heard from a friend preseed is amzing and great and all that but I want more opinions please anything helps...
