Whenever my bf and i get into an argument, he puts his hands on me.

Grabs me by the arm. Yesterday, he pulled me out of the car by my arm (it was parked) cause he wanted me to get out but i wanted to talk about our issue. I was also in front of the door and he opened it pushing the door against me. Hes held me down by my wrists when ive wanted to leave cause i didnt want to be around him. Weve been together 7 months. Always tells me he will never hurt me or says he feels bad for touching me that way but does it again.

He was abused as a child. Will it get worse if i stay?
