So typically I have a very regular cycle, always have increased discharge on day of ovulation. This month while actively trying to get pregnant I have been BD during fertile window, however on predicted O day, 2/4, no increased discharge, just a terrible low back ache and cramping, which I’ve never had before. The light cramping has continued into today. Went ahead and took an OPK today and it came back negative. Could it be that I ovulated early? If I ovulated, what could the back pain and cramping mean?

Side note: I have 2 kiddos, both of which were conceived without a plan. So I’m crazy stressing about trying to get pregnant this time.
