Oblique Lay???

Question

Anyone else’s baby in the oblique position at 37+weeks ??? What has your doctor said or recommend?

Mine was oblique at 36 weeks. He had been head-down before, so my OB told me he would probably move back down. I spent a lot of time doing hip circles on an exercise ball (at least an hour a day), rested on all fours (cat/cow exercise) about 5 mins at a time twice a day or more (this just feels so good on the back). By the next week, baby had dropped. Don’t know if that’s what helped or if baby just moved down on his own, but that’s what I did 🤷🏽‍♀️
