How many months is 18 wks ?

So is 18 weeks 4 months or 5 months ?  Pregnant I’m so confused about this

4 months. You're in your 5th month, but you wouldn't say you're 5 months pregnant until you turn 22 weeks. Pregnancy months don't have anything to do with calendar months, or with any exact division of the weeks. It drives me a little bit crazy.
