I got a hairy stomach with my first and shaved while I was pregnant. After I had her, it went away and I didn't have to anymore. Then when I got pregnant again, it came back, so I shave it again. I'm assuming it'll go away again after delivery so I'm not worried about it. Hair coming back thicker and darker due to shaving is just a myth. The reason people say that is because once you shave it, when it starts growing back it's on an angle, which makes it feel thicker as it first comes through. Also, when you start shaving something, it's usually because it's gotten bad enough that you need to, and as you age, it generally gets worse due to hormones. Not because you shaved it. Having a hairy belly during pregnancy is just your pregnancy hormones. So shave it, leave it, whatever you choose. 😊 Your decision won't affect whether or not it goes away later on.

My first baby I got a hairy stomach and after i gave birth it went way after a couple weeks and this pregnancy not hairy at all
My first baby was a boy and this bby is a girl 
I never shaved my stomach yes I hated the hair but i dealt with it

I would shave but it comes back so fast, darker and thicker 
And my skin is super sensitive right now so I end up with razor burn/ rashes !

I’ve shaved my stomach even way before pregnancy, it doesn’t get thicker or darker. But it does grow much faster now that I’m pregnant. I only shave when i have an appointment so every 4 weeks 😆

I shave on regular basis (thanks PCOS) and its really not that bad. Waaaay cheaper than wax or creams.
