Should I wash before storing?

I have a bunch of baby clothes that won't fit for a while. Should I wash them before putting them in the tote for storage? I'll wash them before I use them in the future.

I do with my collection.  Mostly because I don’t want one smelly one making the rest stink 🤷🏻‍♀️

If they are new I wouldn’t worry about it. I didn’t wash new outfits until he can fit them. I washed anything used b4 I stored it and plan to wash them again when I need them.

If they are new then no it's fine if you got them used I always wash asap. If they are new I'd keep the tags on and store as is incase you need to return anything down the line.

I bought some baby clothes from someone. I washed them all & put them in drawers.. and plan on rewashing once hes closer
