Alright so I have told a majority of my coworkers that I'm pregnant because I work with food and I dry heave a lot. I'm manager, and one of the managers who's above me told the franchisees

that:

1:"he thinks I'm pregnant"

2) "that I refuse to do line and it effects my work ethic" (line is where we make food)

3) and he thinks I'm "on my way out" basically saying I plan on quitting

1)I told him Im pregnant so thats bullshit

2)I did not give him permission to tell them

I have known the store owners since I was 16 and I wanted to tell them myself. Hes been really slacking off and not doing anything and just sitting around while everyone else works. I think he is doing it out of spite because we wrote down some stuff he didnt do one day and hes taking it back out on me and trying to sabatoge me.

How should I handle this situation?
