Smear tests

Hi I'm from Ireland well just last year women here in Ireland found out they had cervical cancer after getting tested previous by which all came back negative for some reason our health service sends out samples to a lab in the USA to be tested for cervical cancer well I had this test last March and it came back as low grade and now yesturday I receive a letter to get retested because it was done out of the time frame it should've been done would you all panic ?
