Should I be having heavy spotting everytime I have sex?

I'm on the Mirena anytime I have even gentle sex I get heavy spotting the next day along with small cramps. Is this normal? It doesn't happen if I don't have sex 🙁. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. Should I be concerned? I also breastfeed and I know that makes the chance of perforation/shifting on the device 6-7x higher based on the inserts. Has this happened to anyone?

I’ve full blown bled in the middle of sex but the next day my period wasn’t there then the following day. Idk why I’m sure it’s your body adjusting to it but I bleed every-time I have sex.

Pretty normal especially if you have an orgasm as that causes contractions of the uterus that can expell blood
