Feeling like something's wrong?

I got positive tests this weekend but I would only be estimated to be about 3 weeks along and today I'm nauseated,  lightheaded, and having some pretty severe cramping and backaches with random sharp pains along my right side. I haven't had any bleeding or anything though. Anybody have suggestions? I'm struggling to get in to my ob because of insurance changes and referral nonsense. But this definitely does not seem normal for 3 weeks

Around 3 1/2 weeks I started having pretty severe cramps and bloating... it only really lasted a day for me. Otherwise, my symptoms so far have been mild! I am now 4W2D. I got my first round of bloodwork yesterday and my doctor was pleased with my numbers! I would not worry too much if you are not bleeding! Our bodies are going through a lot of changes. :)

I don’t want you to worry as some of those symptoms are definitely common in early pregnancy but I’m also wondering if this is your first or pregnancy or if you’ve ever had any issues with pregnancy before?

I wasn’t aware that the feeling of period cramping is an early pregnancy symptom. I told my husband not this month.. turned out I was pregnant! I was around 3 weeks too as I’m not always 28 day cycle.

Like 3 weeks since conception or 3 weeks pregnant, maybe round ligament pain uterus stretching? Can you go to an urgent care if you’re worried about ectopic?
