So i have been getting this fish smell a day after having sex and it goes away couple days later... i got tested multiple times different doctors (im paranoid) but they found nothing. Also, I let my bf cum inside me every time could that be the reason ? (im on bc)

Personally, I wouldn’t let him finish inside all the time. The other ladies are right it throws off your ph balance and increases risks of infections as well. He can either grab the towel or if you’re comfortable let him choose where he wants to release, (back,ass, breast, ect) I had told my boyfriend the same thing early on & even throughout my pregnancy... sometimes okay but not all the time

A fishy smell is always due to an infection. You have to specifically ask for a BV and trich rest. They are not included in regular STD or STI screenings.
