Excitement pee?

So I noticed when I jumped up to cheer for a play during the super bowl that I peed a little bit 😬 what age is it normal for this to happen? Should I talk to my GYN?

That's not really a GYN problem.  You may do better to talk to your primary care instead.

Hello. It’s never normal for this to start happening, but it some elderly people is can be an issue. 
It sounds like you have a weak pelvic floor. Do you do regular pelvic floor exercises? It might be a good idea to go see a doctor or a private woman’s physio who will hopefully be able to help to help you :) x
