Swollen feet 🦶🏻
I’m 33.2 weeks with twins and the last two days my feet have started to swell. Do you think it’s normal swelling due to my gestation or early sign on preeclampsia? My BP has been perfect my whole pregnancy (knock on wood) thoughts?!
