Had a naughty few day 🙄
I accidentally fell back of the wagon for a few days. After having some ill family members and being up the hospital constantly. I hit a flump, and starting binge eating all the naughty things I shouldn't have.
I started at 218.4 (15.6 stone) now I've got down to 200.2 (14.3). Was wondering if anyone wants to be my weight loss buddy, to share recipes, keep eachother motivated, and keep eachother motivated. I would love to be around the 140-160 mark (10-11 stone) as I'm only 5'2.
