Test result meaning?
My doctor appointment is tomorrow, but just out of curiosity does anyone know what these mean:
Hemoglobin 5.5%
RDW 20.2%
MCV 76.9fL
I googled to try to understand the results and got confused. Possible anemia, which wouldn’t be surprising to me. But my RDW result is showing much higher than my past results in my medical record. Has me a bit concerned. Anyone have similar results? Thanks for any help! All will be explained tomorrow, at least!
