When is the best time to get a 3D ultrasound?

I can’t wait to see my baby’s face but want to make sure I go at a good time.  I don’t want to wait too late and he’s smushed in there on the photos lol

My baby girl at 32 weeks. I don’t think she looks like an alien, I just think she looks more developed than some of the earlier scans. Downfall to waiting that long is that they aren’t always able to get good pictures because the baby is bigger and doesn’t have as much room to move around. We only got about 4-5 good pictures of her face.

I went at 26 weeks and got some good pictures, I know people who have gone at 32 and the baby looks like an alien (there words not mine 😂) it completely depends but they say best time is between 26-32.
