Are vaginal cramps normal?

All day today I've been having cramps in my vagina. They come every 30 minutes and the cramps only last 30 or so seconds. If I cough or sneeze that pressure makes the cramps come on faster and stronger. Just wondering if this is normal? I'm 24w3d. Thanks😊
