Scared of tearing!!!! 😱😨😰
This is my first pregnancy!! I’m 14 weeks pregnant I fear that I’m going to tear giving birth! I’m so nervous 😟😓 I really don’t wanna tear a lot of my friends say it’s painful. Does any one have any tips or advice anything I can do to prevent that from happening ? Please drop some comments and let me know thanks !
