Nexplanon Implant inserted too low?

I just got the Nexplanon Implant yesterday but I thought it was supposed to go more towards the middle of your upper arm? Mine was inserted more under (in line with the middle of my elbow if that helps). Is this normal? It’s placed a little bit under the red dot of blood.

You just got that yesterday and it isn’t black and blue?!! Mine looked like I got hit 20 times with a baseball bat 😂  The placement looks fine, mine is in the same area too. You might have some weird periods for the next three ish months but it definitely is worth it!!
