So I just got on skyla at the end of December, Pretty much spotted for the first month after I got it.

This is my second period on it and I’m bleeding for the 8th day. My period is usually only 7 days. Will my period normalize out and how long will it take?

Also is it normal to bleed after sex with the iud? No pain just red spotting afterwords.

Had my check up 2 weeks after I got it and she said it was fine. Just did a string check today and it’s still in place.
