When did you start preparing for baby?

When did you start to buy baby items. Clothes, diapers, wipes, bottles, car seat, stroller, crib/pack and play etc. 
I am 10 weeks today and I went and bought a box of diapers and wipes.

My registry was done by 10 weeks, but I didn’t buy much until after my shower, which was at 28 weeks.

The first time we started getting things at 8 weeks. This time I started getting things this past weekend (I'm 26 weeks 🙈). Poor second baby 😂

With my 13 month old I started around 6 weeks.  This baby I'm 11 weeks and already bought a matching crib girl clothes incase baby is girls my first is a boy (I saved his clothes)  
I now need a second crib matress a few matching crib sheets and a double stroller and I'm done shopping 🤷

We started to get stuff from family around 12 weeks had my registry after the gender scan and so far have only bought furniture and I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow

I started my registry (still private) a few days after a positive test.  I already started collecting/making small things while ttc though.
