The Difference 1 Year Can Make 💙
1 year ago today, I weighed 99.6lbs. I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life, so that was the most I’d ever weighed. I’d never broken 100lbs until November of 2018. Today, I weigh 116lbs.
I’m eating healthier, I’m working out, and I’m staying active. My metabolism hasn’t slowed down any, so it’s been a constant struggle to get my weight up. It’s still not a very healthy weight for a 20yo at 5’4”, but it’s a work in progress.
If anyone has any tips to help me with my weight gain, I’m all ears! 👂🏻✋🏻
