Sex and vagina hurting

Okay so I had sex on Tuesday and it hurts to pee cuz the sex was pretty intense so down there could have been torn a bit and I’m just wondering if there is anything I can do to help with the pain or if there is anything I can put on it? I tried some witch hazel but that didnt help. I’ve also only had sex twice

Any suggestions?
