Has anyone else had group interview?

I just had a group interview and it was the oddest experience of my life

But I think I did good

And I’m hoping I did good

But also, I hope the other girls got the job and I would feel bad if they didn’t lol

We pretty much all three got together with our interviewer, sat on the couch and talked like we were friends hanging out

It was just a little odd, because none of us really knew each other and you could tell we were all nervous.

And it was hard because I didn’t want to talk over anyone and I imagine the other girls felt the same way.

In most interviews I had always tried to practically sell myself, and I didn’t quite know how to do that with my competitors right next to me

Does anyone else have any tips or tricks on how I could’ve done better next time? Or if they hold group interviews what they look for?

I honestly have a hard enough time in group conversations because I feel like I either don’t talk enough or like I talk over everyone

And now thinking about it, it’s really something I should fix about myself in my daily life.
