Personally, I say no later than 7 months just bc you want to have time to unpack and put away all the gifts you receive for baby and get everything set up nice and neat just how you like it! Plus, with my first, I remember being 8 months pregnant wishing I had it sooner only for the fact that I was NOT feeling pretty nor was I feeling up to seeing alllll my family and husbands family bc I was soooo swollen head to toe and just wanted to rest and not do anyyything.

Planning mine for 7 months so we have time to wash everything and organize it and just incase babe comes early.
