I need HELP

I have had an IUD for 3 years now but I think I need it removed. Have any of you had a problem with your IUD? I literally have a constant yeast infection which not only reeks but kills my sex life and lately I have been having way worse mood swings and cramps. I love that I don’t get a period but this sucks! 😭
