neck & jawline pimples

the skin on my face has been clearing up really nicely and i use the exact same products on my jawline and neck, but i’ve been getting really bad cystic acne in those areas. i use cetaphil face wash with a spin brush, witch hazel, and a cream called onexton from my dermatologist. that combination works great on my face but not on my jawline & neck! does anyone have any good remedies for neck/jawline acne? i want to see if there are any simpler options before i get another prescription from my dermatologist.
