Implantation Bleeding?

Partner and I had sex on the 1st (7 days ago) and a few days before that (and obviously a lot prior to that too) and I’m due for my period on the 15th (7 days from now).

Today I had a bit of light pink discharge with a tinge of brown. I’ve done heaps of googling and the time frame seems right for it to be implantation but I’m trying not to get too excited because I’ve had 1 ectopic and 1 chemical pregnancy in the past. But I can’t help but get my hopes up a little bit... I have light cramping and am more tired than usual, and the “spotting” only lasted about half the day.

I know it’s too early to know if I’m pregnant or not, but to all the ladies who have experienced implantation bleeding what are your thoughts? Could it be?
