Is the anti-vaxx movement as big in the UK as it is in America?

I see far too much about whether you should vaccinate or not. Neither is safe depending on who you talk to. Personally I do vaccinate my child, but I'm wondering if the anti-vaxx movement is as prevalent in the UK or not?

No because we have the NHS and most people here know it saves lives 
Also your child isn’t allowed to go to nursery and some schools if they aren’t vaccinated (around here anyway) thank god as it protects those who are

Nah, I don’t think it is. I know of one or two people in my area that are Antivaxxers though so it does happen

I know the NHS is pretty on top of people getting vaccinated, I had to wait an extra week to get my daughters second jabs done because they weren't doing it over Christmas and I received 2 letters from my health visitor telling me to go get them done. And I just had her last jabs done Tuesday and received another letter Wednesday.
