Softcup method: when do you insert it?

I’m not sure if I’m doing it right!

I use my diaphragm for this. I’ll say again, I have no idea if it helped but I did conceive my first doing this so it didn’t hurt. One time I tried to insert it while I was still laying down and when I got up 10 minutes later all of the baby juice dripped out! Not what I was going for! As long as I wait a while and then put it in while I’m standing up it seems I capture everything the right way.
