Soilds at 7 months not really into it?

Hey guys! Just wondering about the soild situation been doing it since six months, break fast she was into a little but now she wants the spoon and she try’s to do it herself then plays in it? 
BLW I know she’d do well at but I’m so nervous to do it she doesn’t have teeth yet either 
So she’s only having a table spoon at most so far??? 
Is this ok? And normal?

It’s okay. Food before one is just for fun anyway. All of your baby’s nutrients should come from breastmilk or formula. Just keep offering a variety of fruits and veggies so she can get used to eating and develop a varied palate.

We did BLW at 6 months, took a while before anything got actually eaten, was mostly feeling and tasting at first. Even when he did eat, it'd come out the other end looking the same lol. Maybe tmi. I'd say it was 8 months before real eating and digesting was happening.

BLW can definitely be scary at first. But after you start it gets fun. I love watching my baby explore new foods. 
I joined a Facebook group “Baby Led Weaning for Beginners and Beyond (BLWBB)”. It has been really helpful in getting over my fears. Many parents post videos of their babies eating, which helps me feel more relaxed about feeding my son the same. They also are great about answering questions you may have. 
Also it is good to know that babies don’t need teeth to chew. The chewing teeth, the ones in the back don’t come in until like 18 months or later.

My daughter wasn’t super interested in them until around 7.5 months and even then it varied from day to day on how much she would eat, if any. She loved things like puffs that she could feed herself. After try to give baby food for almost 3 months, we gave in and completely switched to table food and now she loves eating. 
There is no set amount that they need to eat before a year, so you can keep trying if you want to continue with baby food or you can switch whenever you’re ready. You have all the way up to a year until they need to be eating 3 meals a day, so it’s ok to progress slowly.
