What is the best way to check temp ???

Answer

In the A.M as soon as you open your eyes. Don't sit up before you tempt. You have to get at least five hours of sleep and try to temp at the same time daily or at least within a two hours span close to the time you would normally temp. Use a body basal Thermometer because a regular one won't do.
