The last few days I've had small cramping on my right side and some pretty bad back pain. Also getting up in the morning my whole body aches. I am 12 dpo today and af is due in 3 days. I took a test yesterday and today and both are bfn. Also yesterday (11 dpo) I had some very light pink blood only when I wipe which changed to brown, it then disappeared last night before I went to bed. This morning it's back and still very light pink/brown and only when I wipe. I've had some nipple pain but my breasts don't necessarily hurt. Could it be just af? Or could possibly be pregnant?
