Question

Can anyone help me out with any diet plans please? 
Recently diagnosed with PCOS (diagnosed also with endometriosis 2015) and looking through leaflets and things online I’m guessing if I start to lose some weight again it might help?
Opk was negative again tonight ☹️
Looking for any help and success stories? Xx

I have dealt with pcos for a long time and found going vegetarian with minimal dairy has helped me lose weight. Once I was able to shed some weight exercising became easier. Now my cycles have come back and I was able to get off most of my medication. I still take vitamins and occasionally eat fish. I also have started my first round of femara to help me ovulate. I think you just need to listen to your body, because everyone’s is different. Best of luck to you. 😁
