Baby won’t nurse...

So she is three weeks old today. She nursed fine at the hospital and quit when we got home. I am about to try nipple shields but idk if it’s too late now. Will this even work? Any tips? I’m exhausted from being up and giving her a bottle at night and then having to pump! It keeps me up forever.
