So just as the title suggests. I am an idiot and I need help!

I am on my third period post-partum. Yesterday I put a tampon in. Before I went to bed I went to change it and I couldn’t find it. I’m don’t remember taking it out.

My hubby and I both dig around and couldn’t find anything. We didn’t have sex, I didn’t put one in on top and push it back.

So I’m probably fine, right? Tampons don’t just shove themselves up your vag without force?
