Evening primrose oil!!!
Can I start using this at 38 weeks? I am sooo ready to have this baby. I’m 1cm dilated and 50% effaced and I’ve heard that even if it doesn’t help dilate you more, it makes it so you don’t tear (I guess it lubes things up down there or something!).
