When to baby dance with low sperm count

Question

We have recently been told my fiancé has low sperm count. I have read conflicting statements regarding when to baby dance with MFI. I am interested to find out what worked for you

Upon receiving the diagnosis of male factor infertility, our fertility doctor told us to have sex every day within the fertile window and every 3 days all other weeks of the month.

I looked into this as well when we first found out about DHs low count. A couple studies I read suggested that even though less sperm are ejaculated when BD every day, they are better quality sperm. So it actually offsets. There’s nothing concrete out there as far as research goes that says everyday or every other is better no matter your count. Not that I’ve read anyway
