My baby boy is 3 months old, he has reflux so has always had issues with staying asleep at night. (We have a thick formula to give him at night now which seems to help the reflux issues) Lately though every nap time/ bed time when we try to get him to sleep he loses it and screams and screams. It takes hours to get him to settle and when he finally does, he wakes up shortly after so end up doing the same again.

We’ve tried swaddling, putting to bed earlier, shushing, rocking etc etc but we really are at the end of our tether! Can anyone give us any tips to send our boy off for a peaceful nights sleep?
