Postpartum Care. Which one?

Question

Looking for advice here, especially from mamas that are on baby number 2+. I'm thinking maybe Depends are the way to go since I'm sure the postpartum bleed would end up ruining any underwear I have on, even with a pad, and at least with Depends they can just be thrown away. Plus I think it would be tough finding underwear big enough to accommodate those huge pads. Looking for advice, thoughts, opinions, etc. What's your plan?

So I expected way more bleeding and still have an almost full pack of giant pads from last time. But I found these much more comfortable and totally adequate! I plan on getting more! The ones I used on the top (stupid sideways upload) and the huge ones I didn’t really on the bottom. Both are extra heavy absorbency.

Definitely Depends for me. I've always been so uncomfortable in big pads. The ones from the hospital were huge! I use depends for the first several days, until the bleeding slows. Then I use some Always Infinity pads in some cheap granny panties.

I took a ton of mesh parties from the nurses and had my mom ask for some when she visited (pretending she didn’t know I had already asked, too) and wore those. I had giant pads and also bought some cheap granny panties to wear if I ran out of mesh ones. 
I for real set up a table in our bathroom of all my supplies across from the toilet  - pads, dermablast, mesh parties, squirt bottle and a large trash can. Luckily we had two bathrooms so my husband basically only used the other one.

I stress to people use depends.. I get the always brand that makes pads and tampons.. all i did was put the trucks and spray on and wear the depends like underwear. This was less of my issue my problem was the milk and getting back on schedule .

I’ve got both. I was going with depends regardless. But I made padsicles Incase I tear or feel like I did (usually the case for me). I bought dollar store overnights for the padsicles Incase I end up not using them

With my first I grabbed a bunch of pads and mesh undies from the hospital and it was just okay during the day... never stayed put at night... so then I bought a pack of depends and it was soooo much better that I wore them during the day too.

I did depends with my first. I thought the same thing, It would be easier... hahahaha. I got diaper rash worse than my 2 year old has ever had it. And it was so hard to get rid of. My butt is too big to put diaper rash cream on by myself.  Never again.

I bought giant pads last time around, since I have giant preg underwear anyway. I didn’t even use a whole box.
