Spotting, when to be worried
Hey so I’m 9 w 3 days with twins. Everything has been going really good so far. But I went to get in shower and then was some bleed in my underwear and when I wiped. It was like a dark brownish color. No cramping. Should I be worried? Or when should I be worried thank you for inputs!
